Fascinating imagery. The composition and color choice works very well. The clear agony on his face and the liquid aspect of his body really makes the mortality of mankind and frailty of it the center stage.

You asked what this piece would make others think in one of the discussions, but i think it's already closed so i couldn't comment there. When i first saw your 'Some Wounds Never Heal' piece i did not think about the war or unwounded soliders, but I can see how this piece makes such a strong statement with your concept. It made me think of pain in general- I see a strong person struggling to deal with something- possibly pain and trying to find a way out.- Gizem.
